About the Role:
* Provide effective leadership, support and management to Housekeeping Teams, including cleaning and laundry departments
* Manage the delivery of housekeeping services to support resident's needs
* Manage and implement daily cleaning schedule
* Housekeeping of rooms and common areas of the Care Community
* Providing excellent customer service to our residents in all areas
