We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and implement workflows and business logic in ServiceNow.
The successful candidate will collaborate with IT stakeholders to define risk-based approval logic, automated scheduling, and deployment triggers.
They will ensure that automated change outcomes are accurately reflected in ServiceNow, including automated closure or escalation for manual review.
* Design and implement workflows and business logic in ServiceNow to support automated ITIL normal change requests triggered via Azure DevOps pipelines.
* Collaborate with ITSM stakeholders to define risk-based approval logic, automated scheduling, and deployment triggers.
* Evaluate complex stakeholder environments to promote automation and risk-based approaches.
* Lead solution design activities across ServiceNow platforms.
