We are seeking an experienced Community Operations Manager to provide live on-site and after-hours assistance to residents. This role requires a strong background in permanent resident facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
* On-Site Assistance - Provide support to residents as needed, including emergency contact and assistance during core working hours and occasional after-hours responsibilities.
* Facility Management - Assist with all operational aspects and security associated with the community, ensuring the safety of all residents.
* Customer Service - Deliver a high level of service to residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
* Resource Management - Coordinate the efficient use of materials, consumables, grounds, building, and financial resources to maintain a well-maintained community.
* Routine Inspections - Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety and security of the community, identifying areas for improvement.
* Gardening and Grounds Maintenance - Ensure the community grounds and gardens are presented to a high standard, performing routine gardening duties and managing swimming pool operations.
* External Coordination - Coordinate and engage external trades and contractors to address maintenance and repair needs.
* Collaboration - Work closely with the Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement within the community.
