The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Project Architect. You'll support the delivery of projects from concept through to on-site completion – assisting with concept development, documentation, and coordination through to final build. This role will suit someone who can confidently liaise with both design and construction teams.
Duties include:
Lead clear, proactive and positive communication and coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors across all phases of the project
Interpret and apply regulatory and statutory framework to work with the team, determine client requirements for building projects
Perform site visits to ensure work is done according to architectural plans
Contribute to construction documentation packages
Develop and present thoughtful, innovative design solutions
Participate in client meetings and presentations confidently
Support a positive and collaborative culture
Skills & Experience:
Registered Architect in NSW
Bachelor or Masters of Architecture
3+ years experience in project coordination, architecture, or design & build
Solid understanding of the design and construction process
Excellent communicator, confident supporting consultants and builders
Collaborative, organised, and eager to contribute to a vibrant office culture
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and clients
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Dedication to delivering high-quality work on time
Experience with ArchiCAD and Revit highly regarded
