This office-based role offers the perfect opportunity for engineers with **3+ years of hands-on experience** in utility-scale solar PV and/or BESS projects to deepen their technical expertise and shape the future of renewable energy infrastructure in Australia.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, site screening, and technical reviews for large-scale clean energy projects
- Support grid connection documentation (AEMO/NSP submissions) and liaise with consultants on various tasks
- Participate in technical reviews, stakeholder meetings, and internal strategy sessions
- Help develop technical specifications and cost estimates during EPC tendering processes
### What You Bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical, Renewable, or Power Systems Engineering
- At least **3 years of experience** in utility-scale solar PV and/or BESS development
- Sound understanding of AEMO requirements, NER compliance, and Australian grid connection processes
- Familiarity with grid studies, project design tools, and energy modelling software
- Sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to grow within a fast-paced, technically driven team
