Lead Architect and Design Strategist
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect and Design Strategist to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the entire design process, from concept development to full documentation.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of quality architectural experience gained in Australia, with a strong background in managing projects across all stages. They will also possess advanced skills and experience with Revit and a good understanding of relevant building codes and regulations in Australia.
This is a long-term career role with the opportunity to develop your skills and take on more responsibility within the business. You will work closely with a committed and passionate management team and will be based at our Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home and occasional travel to client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide architectural designs for construction and fit-out projects across Australia.
* Manage projects across all stages from concept design to full documentation.
* Improve overall design quality of projects to create stylish and functional workspaces.
* Prepare work to a high standard and adhere to all required Australian regulations.
* Maintain and develop client relationships.
Requirements:
* Degree or higher tertiary education in architecture.
* 8+ years of quality architectural experience gained in Australia.
* Advanced skills and experience with Revit.
* Good understanding of relevant building codes and regulations in Australia.
* Knowledge and experience of Adobe and Microsoft Office products.
