* Deliver check-in services in a timely and efficient manner.

* Educate passengers on airport security protocols and luggage allowances.
* Safely direct passengers to the correct gate for their flight.
* Represent the company to the highest level, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
* A valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) or ability to obtain one.
* Experience in the aviation industry, preferably as a customer service officer.
* A current driver's license to commute to work.
* Excellent organization and time management skills.
* Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
* Caring approach to dealing with people.
* Clear communication and good interpersonal skills.
