About The Program
The work experience program is available for six (6) individual school students who will take part in group activities.
The program covers event and venue management, ticketing, marketing and sound/lighting design.
Over the course of the week, the group will rotate through all departments within the Civic Theatre.
Using all of the resources and skills they learn in each department the students project for the week is to create their own event in theory.
On their final day (Friday), the students take over the theatre stage, working with our techs to present their events to the Civic Theatre team in the afternoon.
