You'll maintain immaculate grounds and facilities, support flagship events, and ensure the property is always presented to the highest standard - all within a professional, high-profile environment. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and enhance external areas including paddocks, landscaped zones, fencing, and access roads to pristine standards
* Undertake minor maintenance tasks and coordinate specialised contractors when required
* Maintain building exteriors and wash windows to professional levels
* Operate small plant and machinery relevant to property upkeep (e.g., mowers, tractors)
* Deliver courteous and professional service to visitors, clients, and stakeholders
* Support high-profile events with set-up, pack-down, and on-site assistance
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, tools, and consumables
* Undertake light administrative duties and proactively suggest operational improvements
Skills & Experience
* 3-5 years' experience in caretaking, property, or facilities management roles
* Practical mechanical aptitude and capability to carry out minor maintenance tasks
* Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and maintain high standards
* Current driver's licence
