We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and support to our community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing communications, administering tasks, and providing administrative support.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
* Administer tasks and projects, prioritizing and coordinating with team members as needed.
* Requirements:
* Certificate III in Business (desirable)
* National Police Record check
* NT Working with Children check
