**About the Role**: As a Loss Adjuster you will maintain a manageable portfolio covering third-party property, personal injury, plumber’s warranty, product and other liability lines. The position is open to full-time, hybrid employment or a sub-contractor arrangement. You will be rewarded with truly flexible working conditions whilst being supported by a great team and have the opportunity to take part in training and development of yourself and the team.
We are looking for both senior loss adjusters as well as those new to the industry who are prepared to be trained in loss adjusting. It would also be suited to private investigators who may be looking for a change and to upskill.
**In this role you will**:
- Manage a portfolio of files from gathering facts about the circumstances to making recommendations, negotiations and settlements.
- Attend site utilising your own vehicle with a paid allowance, interview parties and prepare photographic schedules;
- Maintain reserves and complete the highest quality succinct reports;
- Enjoy being the go-to in the insurance claims ecosystem between the insurer, broker, insured and claimant;
- Utilise your investigative skills through online tools, continually think outside of the box and challenge the norm;
- Have the opportunity to attend training days, seminars and other useful functions.
