Job Description
As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you will provide safe and effective patient care in a patient-focused environment. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to contribute to an effective team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Essential:
o Hold or have the intention to complete a Bachelor of Nursing Degree and be registered as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) by February 2026
o Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
o Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to contribute towards an effective team
o Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize care
* Desirable:
o Previous experience in a customer-orientated role, Aged Care, or Health Assistant roles
