Schedule and Compliance Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a Governance, Compliance, and Stocktaking Specialist to join our team in providing supply chain expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide guidance on governance and compliance requirements across our Supply Chain Management systems.
* To conduct regular stocktake management and reporting across managed items to ensure ultimate inventory and stock comply with supply chain processes and policies.
* To develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and prime partners.
* To identify and resolve customer supply chain issues and discrepancies.
* To execute stocktaking, compliance, and governance within our ERP management systems, including Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
* To support customer enquiries relating to governance, compliance, and stocktaking system processes and requirements.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in Integrated Logistic fundamentals, such as building stocktake plans per defence policy, management and governance of GFE and supply chain compliance per process and policy.
* Ability to work with a high level of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
* High-level written and oral communication and negotiation skills to facilitate open interaction between customer support teams, suppliers and key internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in identifying, establishing and promoting supply process improvements at the project level.
* Understanding of Airworthiness standards and advanced knowledge of ERP platforms (Oracle/SAP HANA preferred).
* NV1 security clearance or ability to obtain.
* Competent in the use of PC, MS Windows, and MS Office suite.
