6-month contract within SA Government for a Service Desk Analyst looking to progress their career forward.

**Your new role**
You will initially begin as a Service Desk Analyst providing both face-to-face and remote L1 Support to internal staff members. After your training you will work in a hybrid model of Service Desk and Desktop Support and will gain exposure to Networking and Systems troubleshooting.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Extensive Service Desk experience (preferably within SA Government)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Experience across Active Directory, O365, TeamViewer (or another remote access tool) and SCCM
- Valid car and drivers' licence
- NPC/WWCC or willingness to obtain
