Customer Banking Specialist Role
We're the public face of our organisation, delivering a seamless banking experience to over 10 million customers. We've been serving local communities for over 100 years, with market-leading products and services.
This role positively impacts customer lives by providing expert advice on Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice. You'll assist with general banking transactions, answer questions and queries, and build personal connections through meaningful conversations.
You'll work with customers to use in-branch technology and digital banking options, support them with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products. You'll complete Financial Health Checks to assess customer financial needs and identify any changes.
Educate customers on in-branch technology and digital banking options, problem solve and provide effective solutions whilst championing processes and procedures.
Serve customers face-to-face with everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions between 9:30-1pm, and assist via telephone or other digital channels after 1pm.
Required skills include delivering exceptional customer service ideally in financial services, retail or hospitality, excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
