Our Energy & Utilities team are seeking a **Zero Harm Advisor**to join the Telco and Metering business. Working across a portfolio of Telecommunications, Metering and Renewable Energy Projects you will drive the development and implementation of health, safety, quality and sustainability systems across our field and office-based staff.
Please note this is a Brisbane/Gold Coast based opportunity with interstate travel required. This role is a split between office and field responsibilities with the expectation of regular site visits being performed.
We are open to considering recent graduates to experienced field staff with a minimum of a Certificate IV in OHS/WHS who are keen to transition into a Zero Harm career pathway.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of a Certificate IV in OHS/WHS is required.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
- ICAM lead investigator or similar root cause analysis training (desirable).
- Collaborative nature with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- High level of self-discipline, motivation, energy and initiative.
- Previous experience in driving the creation and maintenance of a strong safety culture with a large subcontractor and employee workforce (desirable).
- Previous experience in complying with and continuous improvement of auditing of AS4801, ISO14001, 9001 (with OFSC Accreditation previous experience desirable).
