About the Role
Based at our Stapylton manufacturing site, this hands‐on role coordinates maintenance parts, inventory systems, and supplier relationships.
You'll work closely with Maintenance and Production teams to ensure parts availability, system accuracy, and efficient processes that support a high‐performing operation.
This role sits at the intersection of maintenance, production, and suppliers, so your impact is felt across the entire site.
When done well, downtime is reduced, teams are supported, and operations run smoothly.
You won't just manage parts — you'll enable performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain an accurate and organised maintenance store and CMMS system
* Coordinate purchasing, receiving, and stock control of all maintenance parts
* Ensure parts availability to support production and minimise downtime
* Liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and performance
* Monitor and improve supplier performance and relationships
* Support maintenance teams with parts identification and job requirements
* Manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks within MEX
* Drive continuous improvement across inventory, suppliers, and processes
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping within the store
About You
You're organised, proactive, and take pride in keeping things running efficiently. You enjoy working across systems and people, and you understand the importance of getting the details right.
To be successful, you will have:
* Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or similar environment
* Experience managing spare parts, inventory, or maintenance stores
* Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail
* Ability to communicate effectively across maintenance, production, and suppliers
* A proactive mindset with strong problem‐solving capability
* Experience with CMMS systems (e.g. MEX) and purchasing platforms
* Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills
* Exposure to supplier management or procurement
