Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Associate Director, Strategic Communications is a senior leadership role with the opportunity to shape and elevate UniSC's reputation, positioning and strategic priorities at a time of significant growth and opportunity.
Your contribution
In this role, you will have the chance to make a real impact. You will:
* Operate as a subject‑matter expert and trusted and dependable strategic advisor to senior executives and key stakeholders across the life of UniSC.
* Lead a talented team of media and communications professionals, guiding internal and external communications, media engagement, and publications that boost the university's profile and influence.
* Collaborate across Marketing and Communications, University Executive, and the wider university to deliver creative, topical and compelling communications initiatives.
* Bring leadership, creativity and strategic thinking to every project, helping the university tell its story in its own unique way that inspires, informs, and connects with communities, government, and industry.
