About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to step into an Operations Supervisor role within our clubhouse.
This position plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the facility, leading staff on shift and ensuring a high standard of service across golf operations, hospitality, and events.
This is a great opportunity for someone currently in a senior team role looking to take the next step into leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily clubhouse operations across golf, bar, café, and events
* Supervise and direct casual staff during shifts
* Deliver a high standard of customer service
* Manage golf check-ins, tee sheet flow, and cart operations
* Oversee bar and café service and compliance
* Lead the on-the-day delivery of events and group bookings
* Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented clubhouse
About You
* Experience in hospitality, golf operations, or a similar environment
* Currently in a supervisor or senior role and ready to step up
* Confident leading a team and making decisions on shift
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Hands-on, reliable, and leads by example
* Able to clearly communicate your experience and interest in the role through your application
Requirements
* Full working rights in Australia
* Current RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
