About the Role We are seeking a proactive Accounts Officer for a temp-to-perm position in Parramatta. Strong AR & AP skills with daily reconciliation experience are required. Work across a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Hybrid role: 5 days in-office during training, then 2 days from home. Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable including invoicing and collections Process low-volume Accounts Payable transactions Perform daily bank reconciliations Conduct daily credit card reconciliations Prepare and upload invoices for clients Support intercompany processing and ad-hoc finance tasks as required Profile Requirements Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and exposure to Accounts Payable Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving ability Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and think outside the box Experience using Xero highly regarded (not essential) By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
