Sales Development Representative
to join the WorkingMouse team and play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying new opportunities.

What does this role look like?
* Research and engage prospective organisations aligned to our ideal customer profile
* Initiate outbound conversations and lead consultative discovery discussions
* Understand how organisations operate today, where workflows break down, and why change matters
* Explore operational challenges, risks, and inefficiencies with process owners and decision-makers
* Qualify opportunities based on alignment, urgency, and potential impact
* Progress well-qualified opportunities toward a clear and structured handoff to an Account Executive
* Maintain clear records of conversations, insights, and qualification context in CRM and internal systems

We'd be thrilled if you have:
* At least 2 years of experience in sales development, outbound B2B sales, or business development
* Confidence engaging business owners, operational leaders, and senior stakeholders, supported by strong discovery and listening skills
* Ability to understand business processes and real-world workflows, and discuss how software supports them
* Genuine interest in collaborating on software, technology, processes, and tools to solve practical problems
* A mindset oriented toward economic engineering, focused on turning opportunities into software that delivers sustainable value and revenue
