We provide tailored employment services across Australia including Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES), Transition to Work (TTW), Indigenous Skills Employment Program (ISEP), Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), Parent Pathways, and careers guidance services to adult residents of NSW.
A day in the life of our Career Development Specialist can include:
* Supporting and understanding a caseload of youth’s barriers
* Engage with young people in the local community
* Attend local secondary schools to provide information to staff and students about Transition to Work
* Creating and sourcing education and employment opportunities
* Supporting and helping clients identify their skills, abilities, and secure sustainable employment
* Building rapport and supporting clients to increase their capacity
* Conduct, create, tailor, and implement an individual service plan
* Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers, registered training organisations and community organisations
* Participate in local community, employment and networking events and forums

To be considered you must...
* Have full working rights in Australia
* Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
* Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
* Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
