Use your design skills to develop visual solutions that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.This is an initial 10-month fixed-term parental leave cover role, based in Melbourne or Sydney, starting June 2025.ResponsibilitiesFollow briefs and maintain brand style consistency under the guidance of the design manager.Interpret briefs to develop communications aligning with brand and project objectives.Collaborate with team members on projects across demand generation, field marketing, and product marketing.Design creative assets such as digital ads, social media posts, videos, presentations, and more, ensuring quality and brand adherence.Create high-quality social media assets (videos, images, motion graphics) for promoting events, campaigns, product launches, and internal milestones.Assist the Social Content Manager in monitoring social media interactions and engagement.Requirements5+ years of experience in a similar role, in-house or agency.Experience producing creative ads for Google Display, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media posts (static, GIF, video).Proven ability in multimedia design conceptualization and execution.Understanding of social and digital media best practices.Strong skills in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.Adherence to design best practices and brand consistency.Storytelling skills with audience-focused design.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and After Effects & Premiere Pro.About us: We're on a mission to make people feel good about data.
