* Have a client centered approach that is both professional and empathetic
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent
* Current Drivers Licence
* Current police record check and blue card or ability to obtain
* Eligible for membership of Speech Pathology Australia
* Well-developed communication skills and a proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
* Proactive and responsive to changing patient profiles and service demands
ADVANTAGEOUS
* Confident in using different forms of technology such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to think laterally and adapt assessment and treatment to suit remote localities with potentially limited resources
* NDIS experience in providing individualised care and wellbeing management plans to assist clients to reach their health goals.
