In this role, you'll be responsible for resolving systemic quality issues, analyzing production lines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Measuring, testing, and analyzing production lines to identify and address root causes
* Developing quality management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborating with teams across production, engineering, warehousing, and site leadership
* Implementing data-driven solutions and supporting innovation projects involving older mechanical equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proven experience rolling out quality management systems and quality assurance
* Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and statistical capability
* Background in mechanical or industrial manufacturing, with an engineering or relevant qualification preferred
* Six Sigma Black Belt credentials also valued
