About the Role
This is a temp-perm opportunity working day shifts Monday to Friday. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing top-notch service and assistance with product inquiries, sales, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with enquiries and purchases
* Provide product information and advice
* Handle sales transactions and process payments
* Assist with stock management and replenishment
* Picking and packing goods for dispatch
* General warehousing duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 2+ years experience in a similar role (wholesale / retail)
* A customer-first attitude
* Forklift license (highly desirable)
* Previous warehouse experience
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
