**The Job**:
- Evaluate customer and dealer network needs to provide a high level of satisfaction
- Provide support to customers and ensure repairs and services are completed according to company guidelines
- Attention to detail
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure repairs are undertaken efficiently within quoted costs.
- Ability to deliver results while balancing excellent customer service
- Prepare invoices
- Process payment via EFTPOS machine or phone.
- Other duties as requested by the department manager
- Warranty claim handling
- Customer process handling per company policy and procedure
- Customer care support and satisfaction at the dealer level
**The Person**
- Ideal experience in this role or similar
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Friendly and outgoing personality
