Assist the management team in maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. Provide expert advice and support to staff on HSEQ issues.
Responsibilities:
* Offer guidance and assistance to senior managers on health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, review, and implement effective HSEQ strategies.
* Develop and coordinate training programs for the Construction team.
* Lead incident investigations and ensure timely closure of actions.
* Facilitate risk assessments and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Support the implementation of WHS initiatives for high-quality outcomes.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in HSEQ performance.
