About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in change management, with at least 7+ years of professional experience at a senior level.
* Effective communication and presentation skills to influence outcomes at senior leadership and executive levels.
* A deep understanding of best practices in change management, including project and change management lifecycles, disciplines, procedures, methodologies, and tools.
* Familiarity with how people go through change and effective interventions for supporting individuals through the change curve.
* Proven experience in leading and managing change management strategies and interventions for significant organizational projects.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Highly developed influencing, coaching, and facilitation skills.
