About the Role
In this role, you will work strategically across a variety of clients — from specialist consultancies to established builders and engineering firms. Day to day, you will:
* Proactively source and engage high-quality talent
* Build strong relationships with candidates and support them through career transitions
* Partner with clients to understand their needs, culture, and long-term goals
* Maintain deep knowledge of the construction and engineering talent market
* Deliver a premium recruitment experience built on care, trust, and genuine understanding
