Play a hands‐on role providing support to our Senior Workplace Relations Partner on key operational matters, including performance management, workplace investigations and workers compensation.

Reporting to the Senior Workplace Relations Partner, this part‐time, temporary role will provide support at a busy time to assist with key workplace relations activities, in particular ER, WHS and Workers Compensation.
We envisage your support will be required for approximately 2 months, it may extend, and we are open to your preference of casual versus part‐time temporary employment. We are also flexible on days and hours. We just need a steady and reliable pair of hands for some extra support for the team at a busy time.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft documents and letters under instruction from the Partner.
* Coordinate meetings and interviews in relation to ER and WC matters.
* Assist with the review of employee related policies and procedures.
* Ensure all records relating to matters are correctly filed.
* Assist with administration of workers compensation matters with our external claims manager and broker.
Qualifications and Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* High attention to detail, initiative and problem‐solving skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* A NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
* The Right to Work in Australia.
* Good understanding of current employment legislation.
* Sound knowledge of employment law including Fair Work Act, Awards, Agreements, WHS legislation, and related statutory requirements.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills across Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Previous experience with the SCHAD's Award.
* Previous NFP and/or NDIS experience.
* Qualifications in HR, Business or similar.
* Experience managing workers compensation and return to work processes.
