Working closely within our People & Culture team, you'll bring our Diversity and Inclusion strategy to life - turning strategies into actions and values into everyday experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of our next Gender Equality Action Plan and reporting.
* Undertake a review of the existing strategy and identification of critical focus areas.
* Lead the execution of initiatives aligned with business priorities and aspirations.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to co-design impactful initiatives.
* Use data and insights to identify barriers and track progress on our diversity and inclusion goals.
* Represent Seymour Health at external forums and networks, whilst engaging in shared learning from others.
* Draft inputs for Board and Compliance reporting (e.g. GEAP) and track progress of reporting and initiatives.
