Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 + Super
About The Role
This is a unique opportunity to develop your clinical expertise by providing assessments and therapeutic interventions to individuals aged 7 to 65 with neurological disorders and disabilities. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you'll engage with clients and their families, many of whom have NDIS funding, in community and clinic settings. Your typical day may involve:
* Providing treatment, assessing needs, designing therapy plans, and advocating for clients, including those with Autism, Post-Stroke, and Parkinson's.
* Supporting clients across various areas such as language, social communication, and swallowing/dysphagia, using AAC devices.
* Collaborating with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners.
* Celebrating progress with clients, families, colleagues, and leadership.
* Participating in networking, learning, and development opportunities at a national level.
* Reporting directly to the NDIS.
