Randstad is seeking a leader to establish and drive cohesive, fit-for-purpose security policies and governance for complex operational technology systems within high-risk facilities. This role requires expertise in electronic security systems, cyber security strategy (ISO 27001/IS18), and stakeholder engagement to embed a culture of safety and system integrity.
The initial contract is until March 2026 with extensions.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain a qualified team, develop infrastructure standards for complex high-risk security assets.
* Implement a robust framework for monitoring availability control custodial security systems including circular feedback mechanisms.
