Doughkyo is a new bakery store locates in Parramatta Westfield. We are looking for two or three honest and friendly bakery assistants to join our team on a Full Time or Casual basis.
Your main duties include but not limited to:
* Assisting the head baker in the preparation and cooking of bread.
* Working under the supervision of the baker
* Operating commercial cooking equipment such as mixers, ovens and stoves
* Kitchen cleaning, such as dish washing and equipment cleaning, sanitation
* Assists in other areas of food preparation and storage
* Responsibilities may be adhoc from time to time
To be considered for this role you should:
* Have basic knowledge of bakery products (training provided).
* 3 YEARS experience in baking industry.
* Be available to work through out the week and weekends as required.
* Be able to work a rotating roster, starting as early as 5am.
* Be punctual and reliable.
* Keen to learn all aspects of the trade.
* Legally able to work FULL TIME in Australia (Residency, Visa)
