A family-owned manufacturing company located in Bundamba is seeking an experienced Accounts Administration Assistant for a temporary assignment. This role will provide administrative support to the accounts team and assist with daily financial and office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Transferring data between systems
* Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
* Generating customer invoices and account statements
* Providing general administrative support
* Answering telephone calls, directing enquiries, and taking detailed messages
About You
* Previous accounts, administration, and customer service experience
* Confidence in learning and using new computer systems
* Fast and accurate data entry and keyboarding skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and resolve payment issues
* A team-oriented attitude
It is anticipated there to be a 3-month temporary requirement need with possibility of extension. (based on business needs)
