About Us
We are an eCommerce distributor of flat-packed furniture, shipping directly to customers all across Australia. Our warehouse is located in Oakleigh, just a short 10-minute walk from Huntingdale Station in Oakleigh, and only a 5-minute drive from Monash University's Clayton Campus.
We're a small family business with a supportive team environment, where everyone pitches in to get the job done.
What You'll Do
* Assist with daily warehouse operations, including preparing and dispatching furniture orders
* Lift and move heavy cartons using trolleys, and place them onto pallets for dispatch
* Label and organise outgoing orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery
* Safely handle and move boxes and furniture items in the warehouse
* Forklift experience preferred but not essential
* Handle customer enquiries and complaints via email with professionalism and empathy
* Learn our product range in detail, including how to assemble furniture and troubleshoot common issues
* Resolve customer concerns such as damaged orders, missing parts, and assembly difficulties
* Problem-solve customer issues by working with the operations team to find quick and effective solutions
* Support the team with other general operations tasks as required
What We're Looking For
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Good written communication and customer service skills
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling/lifting
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Forklift experience preferred
