Job Description:
The Asset Portfolio Manager plays a key role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of maintenance and asset management services for a correctional centre. This involves managing a diverse portfolio of assets, including approximately 97,000 assets across the precinct.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading maintenance and asset lifecycle projects, building strong relationships with clients, and driving operational performance.
