Credit Recovery Expert
About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Recovery Expert to join our operations team.
Key responsibilities include:
* High volume of outbound and inbound calls
* Responsible for own portfolio - early-stage credit recovery
* Build strong relationships with customers, negotiate a payment resolution in a respectful manner
* Sound knowledge of all legislative guidelines including ASIC and ACCC and Privacy Act
* Adhere to internal policy, system processes, and external regulatory requirements
* Support other team members with ad hoc duties
About you:
* 2+ years' experience in collections, customer service role
* Proficiency in Microsoft including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
* Positive attitude, team-oriented, energetic, sense of humour and compassion
* Analytical and intuitive investigative skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
* Outstanding communicator who enjoys talking with customers
* Ability to drive conversations to reach a desired outcome
* Flexible and adaptable to change
* Persistent and resilient
* Willing to learn and take on feedback
