About the Role
This is a diverse and hands-on position responsible for overseeing all aspects of office administration, HR administration, and accounts, including:
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Payroll processing, including STP
* Superannuation administration
* WorkCover management
* Bank reconciliations, BAS, and cashflow
* HR administration and employee records
* General office and administrative duties
About You
You're someone who:
* Has proven experience in bookkeeping and/or administration
* Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Can work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Enjoys being the "go-to" person in the office
* Takes pride in accuracy, reliability, and professionalism
* High level proficiency in Reckon Enterprises and Excel
