We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team at Nido Early School. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in providing healthy and nutritious meals for our children.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in childcare or aged care settings, with a passion for cooking and education. They will be responsible for managing stock takes and ordering, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.
A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is essential, and a Certificate in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality is desirable. The successful applicant will also need to hold a valid Working with Children Check.
Key Responsibilities:
