DEKA is a fast-growing fitness format within the Spartan ecosystem, combining functional fitness, community, and live event energy. We are seeking an experienced and driven DEKA Director to lead the growth, delivery, and performance of DEKA across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji.
This is a senior, hands‐on role responsible for both strategy and execution. You will own the DEKA affiliate network, lead the end‐to‐end planning and delivery of DEKA events, and drive commercial performance through strong partner relationships and exceptional participant experiences.
Responsibilities
* Developing and delivering the DEKA growth strategy, including affiliate expansion, readiness, and performance.
* Leading the planning and on‐site delivery of DEKA events, including venue identification and securing, operational planning, staff briefings, MC duties, and post‐event review.
* Driving affiliate success through relationship management, capability uplift, and conversion from gym‐based DEKA training into event participation.
* Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Community Outreach teams to scale activity while retaining accountability for outcomes.
* Owning DEKA commercial performance, budgets, and reporting, ensuring sustainable growth and brand integrity.
This role requires energy, resilience, and credibility. You will work long hours around events, travel extensively, and be highly visible in gyms, communities, and on event days.
