About the role
We are looking for casual qualified personal care workers who have a driver's licence and car to join our rapidly growing team. Shifts are available between Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm, with opportunities for weekend work.
You will be providing assistance at home and in the community, such as
- Transport
- Shopping
- Personal care
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Social and community access
Compensation & Benefits
- The starting casual hourly rate is from $36.18 per hour + shift loadings + 11.5% superannuation
- Ongoing support and supervision by our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses.

Qualifications
About you
• A genuine passion for providing high quality care to your clients
• Great communication & team work skills
• Flexibility & the ability to adapt to change
• A minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent)
• Current Driver's licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
• Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Australian Federal Police Check
• NSW Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Willing to drive to clients between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord and surrounding suburbs.
