Compliance Risk Policy Framework Leadership Role
This leadership role focuses on ensuring the effective implementation of compliance risk management frameworks across the organisation.
* Maintain alignment with relevant regulatory standards, such as ISO 37301, and drive the uplift of compliance capability within the organisation.
* Develop and implement governance structures, responsibilities, and escalation protocols to ensure the effective functioning of the Compliance Management System (CMS).
* Oversee the seven components of the CMS, ensuring that procedures are current, practical, and integrated into business operations via Level 3-4 tools, RACIs and processes.
* Deliver insightful compliance performance reporting to executive forums, providing clear trends and insights across obligations, breaches, incidents, and improvement areas.
* Design, govern and report on the enterprise Regulatory Compliance Training Framework, incorporating mandatory, role-specific and targeted in-person training aligned to role responsibilities.
* Influence senior executives and their leadership teams to support compliance accountability and uplift capability within the organisation.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of compliance risk management principles, and experience in implementing regulatory compliance frameworks. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and influence change across the organisation.
