**Job Title:** Program Director Growth Integration
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and integrate activities across five growth planning streams to ensure aligned, consistent, and stakeholder-focused planning outcomes.
* Operate as a manager among equals, guiding program delivery including project planning, procurement, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
* Navigate complex cross-organisation relationships and escalate risks as needed to protect government commitments.
Requirements:
* Build and lead an effective integration and master planning function that works collaboratively toward achieving project goals.
* Accountable for effective program governance.
* Lead program delivery engagement with key personnel consultants and partners.
* Develop and deliver planning integration across the organisation to ensure growth objectives are met.
