Your Essential Experience
To be considered for these strategic **** roles, you must possess :
Proven Civil Project Experience : Extensive hands-on experience in roadworks, bulk earthworks, drainage, services, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Leadership Track Record : Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate small to large crews, drive daily targets, and enforce strict safety standards.
Technical Proficiency : Ability to read and interpret plans, manage material orders, and execute works according to specifications.
Mandatory Qualifications :
Construction Induction White Card (essential)
Current Drivers Licence (HR / MR Licence highly desirable for Supervisors)
Relevant Qualifications (e.g., Cert IV or Diploma in Civil Construction / WHS is highly regarded)
