**Quick overview of the role**
We are currently seeking experienced HR Driver to join our Caloundra team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be primarily responsible for deliveries, which includes customer service and ensuring all loads are correctly produced, prepared, packed, and loaded with a clear focus in safety and quality. There may also be the need to operate machinery at the branch if required.
**What will you be doing?**
- Conduct pre-start checks on all equipment and machinery before it is used
- Operate all machine/plant and using any relevant equipment in a safe manner as stated in all relevant training paperwork
- Safely unload Goods Inwards
- Deliveries & ensure accuracy of paperwork
- Safely load Company, Contractor & Customer Vehicles within the Safe Loading Guidelines
- Ensure all produced product is within tolerances and bundled/packed correctly & safely before & after the order is loaded for transportation
- Complete relevant paperwork, ensuring it is filled out correctly & accurately i.e. preparation, production, loading, unloading, delivery, etc.
- Communicate with other staff ensuring a productive, cost effective & safe worksite
- Ensuring the worksite is always kept tidy
- Daily customer interaction
- Current Forklift and HR license essential
- Production experience preferred
- Gantry crane experience highly desired
- Physically able to lift products and work standing up
- Be a good communicator and team player
- Have a good sense of humour
- Be proactive, organised and hardworking
