Digital Performance Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing local media plans and overseeing strategy, implementation, and launch timings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel paid marketing campaigns, fostering strong relationships with local paid media publishers and vendors, and supporting global marketing teams on local implementation of global strategies across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include:
* Media Planning: Develop local media plans and oversee strategy, implementation, and launch timings
* Campaign Optimization: Manage and optimize multi-channel paid marketing campaigns with an eye for attention to small details
* Publisher Relationships: Foster strong and productive relationships with local paid media publishers & vendors
* Global Support: Support global marketing team on local implementation of global strategies across multiple channels
* Financial Management: Oversee media budgets, tracking and execution of authorized plans
* Data Analysis: Analyze advertising performance based on ROI and other revenue models
* Payment Management: Manage payments & invoice cycles
* Stakeholder Management: Work with a variety of stakeholders (Global HQ)
* Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other KPIs
* Main Point of Contact: To be the main point of contact for all digital marketing
