Procurement Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our energetic and supportive team. The role is focused on managing purchasing activities across various operations.


Job Responsibilities:

* Convert approved purchase requisitions into purchase orders
* Collaborate with the procurement, inventory, and accounts teams
* Manage inboxes, generate reports, and perform various administrative tasks


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within a large organization
* Familiarity with SAP systems
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
