Job Description
We are seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team in either a part-time or full-time capacity.
In this role, you will:
* Support participants in achieving their personal goals and living life on their terms.
* Assist individuals to access their community and take part in activities they enjoy.
* Encourage the development of new skills, confidence, and independence.
* Deliver person-centred, respectful, and empowering support tailored to each participant's unique needs.
* Be part of a supportive and values-driven team that genuinely cares for both participants and staff.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will bring:
* Strong communication and person-centred care skills.
* Experience supporting individuals with behaviour support needs.
* Experience working within the disability sector or lived experience.
* National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months).
* A suitable 4-door vehicle.
* Driver's Licence.
* Willingness to travel within a 30-minute radius across the Perth Metro Area.
* NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain).
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain).
* First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
* Australian Working Rights.
* ABN (if subcontracting only).
